Educational excellence for your school

A wellbeing programme designed for the school environment

We integrate wellbeing, emotional management and physical activity into your after-school programme. An educational resource designed to strengthen the community and support your pupils’ personal development. Schools are the natural setting for fostering healthy habits from an early age. Beyond physical activity, our after-school yoga programme is an educational tool that helps pupils manage their energy, improve concentration and foster a positive atmosphere at school.

Emotional management and self-control tools

Through breathing exercises and mindful play, children learn to identify their emotions, channel frustration and regulate their own behaviour. We provide practical resources to calm the mind and improve their ability to concentrate both inside and outside the classroom.

Fostering harmony and camaraderie (Non-competitive activities)

We create a safe and free space where there are no winners or losers. We encourage teamwork, empathy and active listening, helping to reinforce mutual respect, inclusion and bonds between classmates.

Physical development and improved posture

Through age-appropriate exercises, pupils strengthen their muscles, improve their flexibility and develop their balance and coordination. They also become more aware of their own bodies, which helps to correct poor posture habits caused by spending many hours sitting down.

Frequently asked questions about our educational programme in schools

What age groups is the after-school yoga activity aimed at?

Our programmes are designed to suit the different stages of childhood, covering years from nursery through to primary school. We adapt the activities and games to the motor and emotional maturity of each age group to ensure the experience is truly meaningful.

What sets yoga apart from other physical after-school activities?

Unlike conventional sport, our sessions completely eliminate competition and judgement. It is an inclusive physical activity where every child explores their body at their own pace, promoting both physical health (posture, balance) and key skills for their daily lives (concentration, empathy and calm).

What equipment and facilities does the school need to run the classes?

We simply need an open, safe and clean space within the school (such as the gym, the psychomotor skills room or a multi-purpose hall). We take care of advising on or providing the necessary equipment so that pupils can practise in complete comfort and safety.

How are recruitment and proposals to the AFA or the school management handled?

The process is entirely bespoke. We take care of presenting a detailed educational proposal tailored to the school’s timetable and calendar requirements. If you are a member of an AFA or the school management team, please fill in the contact form so that we can arrange a face-to-face meeting and design a bespoke proposal.
